At the character select screen highlight X and press:
UP, UP, DOWN (9 times)
If
you entered the code correctly you will hear a chime. When you start the game
you will have the Ultimate X Armor.
Zero's
Ultimate Armor:
At the character select screen you can highlight Zero and press:
DOWN, DOWN, UP (9 times)
If you entered the code correctly you will hear a chime. You will now start the game with Zero's Ultimate Armor
