Secret Areas
Some areas of the city are hidden, or inaccessible
until Tanner has performed a certain action. This usually involves finding a
building, which acts as a “key.” Outside each building is a switch, which,
once activated, unlocks the secret area and displays a text message to inform
the player as to the nature of the secret area/item.

Secret Games
Secret Games are unlocked the same way as secret areas are. You can access the
Secret Games in the Main Menu.
Watch The World Go By
Stand next to a chair and press the action button, Tanner will sit down and
watch the world go by, Use the right analog stick to Look around
